I help adults and teenagers effectively manage depression, anger, unhealthy addictions, and the anxiety & stress that come along with our complex lives. I also work with couples trying to find love and learn to communicate again. Change is difficult, especially when we are struggling. The way we experience the world has impact on our happiness. I work with my clients to live a more fulfilling life and find that joy and peace that everyone deserves.

We all have the inherent ability to change from within, and my role as a professional is to provide guidance with the proper therapeutic tools and experience. As a Level 3 certified TEAM therapist, I help my clients become mindful of the negative thoughts and beliefs that drive feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, and anger.

Join us for connection on Wednesday evenings for six weeks. These closed group are for men to explore mental health topics including, but not limited to, stress, relationships, anger, depression, goals, and self-esteem. Men are hardwired for connection, yet our lives are increasingly individual and isolated. Life brings expectations in our roles as friend, partner, father, son, employee, & leader. This group provides an opportunity to connect and learn from other men in the community.

Stronger Together Men's Retreat IV Fall of 2026

Join us for a weekend of camping, fellowship, great food, and a little fun competition. The STRONGER TOGETHER Camping Retreat is a weekend opportunity for self-reflection, and a life long opportunity to develop new friendships and create a better support system. The weekend takes place approximately an hour’s drive from Flower Mound, on 400 acres of privately owned forest pasture with a 15 acre lake voted best fishing and duck hunting pond 2 years running and abundant with a wide variety of wildlife.
