As a gay man, I strive to offer an affirming space to people of all genders, sexualities and relationship styles. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I let you set the agenda as I listen and weave in interventions from modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and the Gottman method.
