I see clients move forward when they find strategies that work well with their strengths. Many people have tried to resolve issues on their own, but they just need a perspective from outside their situation to make progress.

I try to bring my personal experience as well as a wide range of professional experience to help clients succeed in their goals. Whether the issues involve depression, anxiety, communication issues or making healthy habits and choices, we can find ways to change how we respond to these challenges.

In addition to getting to know you and your story, I will support you with encouraging feedback as well as developing new tools for you to rely on. The goal is to equip you with strategies that you can rely on to address the difficult, stubborn areas that cause problems in your daily life.
