I can be that person for you. The therapeutic journey is a hard one, full of drama, laughter and everything in between. I want to walk with you on this journey, meeting you wherever you are at. Some days with me will feel heavy, some will feel light, but all will feel like a step forward. I have walked many of the same steps you will, but your journey is your own. Most of my work focuses on growth, but there are many ways to grow.
I am a holistic, humanistic LMFT with a degree in Transpersonal psychology, which means that I include body, mind, and spirit in our work, whatever this mean to you. I also pull from my training and experience using expressive arts, art therapy and somatic therapy. I am comfortable talking about sex, drugs, spirituality and the challenges of modern living.
