My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in self-compassion.

I support clients in developing practical tools for emotional regulation, deepening self-understanding, and reconnecting with their body’s innate capacity to heal. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person, drawing from modalities such as Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, transpersonal psychology, and somatic psychology.
