As a transpersonal therapist, I view therapy as a holistic healing container, in which I am a fellow traveler on the path to wholeness. My goal is to awaken the knowing that is already alive within you, guiding you to your truest self. I have been on a personal journey of self-discovery and awakening for over a decade through meditation, yoga, practicing massage therapy for 5+ years, deepening an understanding of healing through the body mind spirit connection. I arrived in the field of counseling as a culmination of my personal journey, from a desire to serve others on the path to healing and integration.
Our initial session is an opportunity to get to know one another. This is a time where we can explore any areas of your life calling for attention, as well as a space to ground together.
My approach is experiential, integrating mindfulness, meditation, IFS, somatic approaches, and meeting each client exactly where they are with acceptance and care. I am trained in Gestalt, IFS, CBT, DBT, EFT (tapping), transpersonal and somatic approaches, as well as nutrition.
