As a transpersonal therapist, I view therapy as a holistic healing container, in which I am a fellow traveler on the path to wholeness. Navigating my own life challenges has awakened trust in our inherent ability to transform the mud of life into the lotus of understanding and joy. My approach is experiential, integrating mindfulness, meditation, somatic approaches, and meeting each client exactly where they are with acceptance and care.
I am trained in Gestalt, IFS, CBT, DBT, EFT (tapping), transpersonal and somatic approaches, as well as nutrition. I have years of experience working with clients in out-patient and residential settings, focusing on both addiction and mental health. With over 5 years of experience as a massage therapist, my practice is also somatically and trauma informed.
