After School Teen Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Group

Gaming is being used more and more throughout the United States and worldwide to help get teens interested in and willing to participate in therapy. My hope is to use this interesting and exciting supplement to group therapy as a way to help teens build social skills, make better connections with peers, learn teamwork and have fun! It's a safe place to explore gender identity/roles and take social risks. Group has one opening and meets on Fridays from 4:30-6:30 PM through the end of the school year.

Online Teen Summer Dungeons & Dragons Group

This group will allow teens to build social skills, make better connections with peers, learn teamwork and have fun! Whether you have played before or are new to role playing games, this fun experience can provide a safe place to help you learn to take the perspectives of others, improve frustration tolerance, develop creative problem solving skills, cultivate communication and collaboration skills & explore gender identity. There also will be a grief component as the group will prepare to say goodbye to their characters at the end of the summer. Planning to do this again in summer 2022!!
