My typical clients are adults who have show compassion and empathy for others but find it hard to extend that kindness to themselves. They often don't even realize how much they beat themselves up. They may be recovering from a toxic relationship with a spouse or a parent. They are trying to stop the endless stream of worries and panicked feelings. They want to set down the enormous weight of all those expectations. Mostly, my clients want to feel safe in their homes, communities, relationships, minds, and their own bodies.
