About
I am a psychotherapist for adult individuals and couples. Do you want stronger, clearer and healthier relationships? My clients consist mainly of open minded, artistic and unconventional persons wanting more intimacy and connection or wanting to explore their innate gifts and talents. I also work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and non-binary persons. However, I love working with anyone who is seeking growth, wholeness and perspective.
I have 25 years experience working in clinical, non-profit, residential and criminal justice and hospital settings. I have specific post graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy with individuals and couples from the Washington School of Psychiatry. My practice is also influenced by Buddhist Meditation, Shamanism, Herbalism & Wilderness Adventures.
I also provide both short and long term therapy options that could include using information and techniques from the Myers Briggs, Enneagram, Meditation/Mindfulness, Aromatherapy, Exploring Dreams, EMDR, Shamanic Astrology. We are conveniently located on Main Street in the fan and in walking distance from VCU. Two hour parking is available on the street.
