I provide safe supportive therapy. I help individuals find a clear sense of the direction that they want to go in their life and work through the obstacles that might get in the way. Whether it is old narratives, past traumas, relationship issues, or low self-esteem, our work focuses on learning new resources and skills to work through to new possibilities.
I use several technique; meditation, guided imagery, body awareness and safe emotional expression to connect with life experiences from past to present. Art therapy, the process of using art material such as pencils, pastels, paint, clay or mask making, can also be utilized to express our emotional self in a metaphoric creative way.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am trained in Psychobiological Attachment Couples Therapy, It helps create care for each other beyond just the content of the words we use. Most important is that I provide professional, supportive, caring therapy. I'm am dedicated to helping the client with their needs.
