You struggle with balancing caring for yourself while taking care of others, pushing your needs and boundaries to the side. You're overwhelmed, wondering how long you can keep up with being the one who "keeps it all together." You want to share this but fear you'll be a burden and push others away. This leaves you feeling angry, exhausted, lonely, and stuck. These roles and cycles you find yourself in don't have to be permanent. It's possible to experience life where you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and your creativity—one where you can make decisions and set boundaries that are grounded in your values.
Therapy with me means having the space to freely express yourself. We get to the root of why the roles and cycles you find yourself in feel permanent, process and unburden painful beliefs and wounds that keep you feeling stuck and self-critical, and engage in practices that help you feel grounded in a sense of self, agency, creativity, and self-trust.
As a queer Filipino therapist, I specialize in supporting adults through traumatic grief and loss, men going through life transitions (relationship issues, sexuality, and sense of self), and queer couples. I know it takes time and effort to get in touch with a therapist. If you'd like to work together, I welcome you to reach out so we can connect.
