My specialty is conflict resolution and communication skills. In other words- getting more of what you want out of your relationship with yourself and others.
For individuals, I provide EMDR, a widely researched, highly effective approach for resolving long-stuck beliefs shaped by trauma and attachment experiences—I encourage you to look into EMDR if it's unfamiliar as it's an unusual form of therapy.
For couples/families, I offer a structured skills-based therapy grounded in the Gottman Method.
I frequently use psychoeducation, handouts, charts, questionnaires, and lots of whiteboard work to help you understand your patterns. My most successful couples tend to come with a student mindset. It's worth noting that I'm very spiritual. I do not push my beliefs on others, but equally, my faith is a huge part of how I see and make sense of the world.
