About
Are you feeling stressed out, anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? Do you like the idea of working in person and outdoors? Are you navigating a difficult transition? Feeling stuck or burned out in a family, work, or relationship issue? The world is changing so fast lately, it's an incredible challenge to stay balanced, calm, and centered. I work with those who aspire to grow, especially those who love nature and have a spiritual orientation. My holistic approach incorporates body, mind, spirit, soul, and nature. I help you connect to your body and to nature in a way that illuminates the brilliant core essence of who you are.
I integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, ceremonial healing, and gentle somatic work - outdoors! Nature calms the nervous system, mirrors our strengths and provides the answers we need. I have decades of experience helping people heal, guiding people outdoors, teaching mindfulness, and working as a field biologist and community mental health therapist.
Peace, balance, insight, clarity, and joy are within reach - I can assist you in accessing them. Nature heals and empowers: I know this from my own lived experience and witnessing change in others. Come take a walk and talk with me. I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey. Please email me to set up a free initial phone consultation.
