I am a Christian counselor/coach and my passion is helping people experience the power of real connection and break free from addictive and compulsive behaviors such as porn, sex, alcohol, drugs, food, work, video games, etc. After 20 years of providing both individual and group therapy, I have discovered that group work is the game-changer. Clients in weekly recovery groups consistently experience faster, deeper, and more lasting transformation, period. That’s why I now focus exclusively on the power of group coaching work.

I’ve specialized in addiction recovery since 2007, training directly under Dr. Patrick Carnes and working with him on the groundbreaking Fulbright Study researching the genetic links to addiction. My work integrates cutting-edge models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR tools, Polyvagal Theory, etc to bring together the science and soul of healing.

This group meets online to support any man struggling with addictive or self-medicating behaviors during this isolating time. All forms of self-medicating welcome such as: pornography, sex, drugs/alcohol, food, video games, work, gambling and relationships. This is a group of 8-10 men that learn tools to more effectively maintain healthy long-term sobriety. The group is actively engaged in each other's lives outside of group time throughout the week via text/phone. The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; It's connection!
