I am a Christian counselor/coach and I am passionate about helping men experience freedom from compulsive behaviors and, as a result, a deeper connection with God, themselves, and others. I specialize in helping men struggling with addictive and compulsive behaviors like pornography, sex, drugs, alcohol, food, work, video games, relationships, etc. After more than 20 years of experience, I have found that true lasting healing does not happen in isolation. Weekly recovery groups provide the accountability, honesty, and brotherhood required for lasting transformation. That is why I now fully focus on the power of group work.

I’ve specialized in addiction recovery since 2006, training directly under Dr. Patrick Carnes and working with him on the groundbreaking Fulbright Study researching the genetic links to addiction. My work integrates cutting-edge models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR tools, Polyvagal Theory, etc to bring together the science and soul of healing.

Men's Online Christian Recovery Group

This group meets online to support any man struggling with addictive or self-medicating behaviors during this isolating time. All forms of self-medicating welcome such as: pornography, sex, drugs/alcohol, food, video games, work, gambling and relationships. This is a group of 8-10 men that learn tools to more effectively maintain healthy long-term sobriety. The group is actively engaged in each other's lives outside of group time throughout the week via text/phone. The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; It's connection!
