Many of my clients are doing well professionally while privately chasing losses, hiding gambling or drinking, or feeling increasingly out of control. My background spans medically managed detox, residential addiction treatment, and private outpatient therapy. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify your challenges, identify what matters, and set a personalized path. Together, we identify what drives the cycle, reduce urges and relapse risk, and build a realistic plan for lasting change.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and direct. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and relapse-prevention strategies to help you understand patterns, respond differently to urges, and make changes that hold up outside therapy. Treatment is tailored to your goals, whether that means abstinence or harm reduction.
