I offer a safe and compassionate environment for providing both short and long-term psychotherapy for adults and couples. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. I have additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also provide interventions for those with a physical condition and mental health issues.
My areas of specialty include: depression; anxiety; mood disorders; personality disorders, mental health issues associated with acute and chronic health conditions; and bariatric evaluations. I will provide an initial consultation at no charge.
