A central goal of mine is to help you feel comfortable. With comfort comes connection; in that connection can come progress. Goals shift, and therefore the ways we reach them shift. Being adaptive will help guide us. In time we'll explore the reason(s) you're seeking a listening ear and counsel all the while identifying and working toward the specifics things that you're seeking to accomplish. Through my experience I have developed an approach that relatable, approachable, and one that allows for developing a trusting relationship.
I see folks from across the lifespan, from teens through adulthood. I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment and life transition matters, relationship issues, substance use concerns, and a multitude of other clinical matters. I also specialize in working with couples and family systems.
