Hello, I’m Chris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I earned my degree from Florida State University and have worked with a diverse range of clients to help reduce stress, clarify goals, and process difficult thoughts and emotions. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where I collaborate with clients to identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier, more constructive ways of thinking and responding to stress and anxiety.
