Does someone you know struggle in their relationship? Do they experience shame, disappointment, or dissatisfaction in their sex life? Are they struggling to overcome trauma? My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services through accessible in-person and online / telehealth therapy sessions. I empower individuals and relationships to heal from trauma, strengthen their connections, and embrace their authentic selves. I work to create a safe, inclusive space where emotional intimacy, sexual wellness, and personal growth are honored and supported. I also provide psychological immigration evaluations.
My specialty areas are relationship therapy, sex therapy, and trauma. I typically employ therapy techniques that include CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and Gottman. I'm certified in DBT and Trauma-Focused CBT, and am Gottman Level 2 trained. I offer in-office and telehealth service options. I am licensed in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.
