About
As a trauma specialist, my ideal patient is the one seeking relief from the negative toxic overthinking mind that triggers anxiety, depression and insomnia. Using cognitive-behaviorally driven therapies "energized "by solid wellness-based approaches have helped thousands of patients of mine find their way out of madness. Working with men (especially black men), women, teens & adolescents, I'll process you through your trauma, PTSD & C-PTSD. I'll teach you how to use these "mind stopping techniques " that can be just as effective as using medication!!!
Helping quiet "negative voices" is critical to recovery from mental instability. From sleep disorders, panic and fear; to anxiety & depression that can trigger substance abuse, I will help you quiet the voices of self doubt and self attack and get you back to your authenitc self. In addition to trauma processing I can help with a variety of clinical issues.
