I believe that therapy is a process where you can gain tools to address life’s challenges, gain insight, determine what you’d like to change about it, work towards making those changes while navigating all the thoughts, feelings and emotions that may come up in the process.
I approach therapy from a relational, integrative, and multicultural framework with skills grounded evidenced-based approaches. I would describe myself as warm, compassionate and empathetic, and I believe in starting wherever you are comfortable and meeting you at where you are.
