I utilize elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, hypnosis techniques, and cognitive techniques aimed at updating the mind, clearing up data misreads, and causing desired shifts in perspective, beliefs, and responses through the art of intentional conversation, and with the skilled use of storytelling, metaphor, jokes, parables, and guided imagery.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both residential and outpatient service settings. I am also also a Certified Clinical Supervisor in the State of Florida. While therapy services are my main focus I also provide Life Coaching services related Health and Wellness Coaching and personal training.
