Greetings! I, Chondra A. Perdue, am accepting new clients in the states of both TEXAS and NEVADA. Life is a journey that sometimes lands in a space where you may need someone objective or unbiased but trained to help you process thoughts and feelings. I provide counseling services to promote balanced and healthier living.
My experience includes trauma/crisis (including sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and posttraumatic stress disorder, suicidology) as well as counseling for veterans per an acquired military specialization. Additionally, I have experience providing individual, group, family and couples counseling.
My approach is empathic yet purpose-driven. I customize services for each individual's presenting issue using various theoretical disciplines (CBT, DBT, PA, PCT, Schema, Trauma Focused), psychoeducation, and therapeutic intervention strategies to help them get back on track.
