Established in 1993, Choices Psychotherapy has grown into a thriving mental health practice offering a diverse clinical team of Masters & Doctorate level therapists along with Psychiatrists who provide comprehensive therapeutic services for a multitude of concerns to clients from age 5 to senior adults. Choices IOP
Intensive Outpatient Program that incorporates Acceptance & Commitment Therapy with Relational Frame Theory. The program meets 4 days a wee, 3 hours a day for 8 weeks. Individual Therapy and Psychiatry are also components of the program.
