I help adults who’ve experienced trauma, feel disconnected in their relationships, and are overwhelmed by anxiety. At times, things may feel manageable, and at other times, it feels like none of the "puzzle pieces" are fitting together. Maybe your reactions feel stronger or more confusing than you expect. Or, maybe you notice you withdrawal or shut down during stress. You may not always have words for what’s happening, but something feels “off" and you feel stuck. In therapy, we'll identify why the same things keep showing up and gently shift these patterns at the root, while learning tools to help you regulate your nervous system.

As a Trauma-Certified therapist, I use a nervous-system approach that integrates Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help my clients calm anxiety, feel more confident in themselves, create more helpful patterns, heal from the past, and build healthier relationships.
