I work with young children, preteens, and their families who are navigating behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, or diagnoses such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Many families come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to best support their child. I provide a consistent, supportive space where children can better understand their emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills and confidence. I also partner closely with caregivers to develop practical strategies that support progress at home, school, and in everyday life.
I use play-based techniques along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop healthier coping skills.
