Hi, I'm Chloe! Having a former career in education has taught me that there is always something new to discover. Together, we will explore parts of your Self that are impacting your daily life. That could look like anxiety, family conflict, depression, or self-esteem, to name a few. You can expect a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere, with a little bit of humor and a lot of empathy.

I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, which is why I take a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. Using a combination of Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Psychodynamic, Somatic, Mindfulness-Based, and Trauma-Informed therapies, we will develop insight into your thinking and behavior patterns and cultivate resilience.

As an intern therapist, I receive ongoing supervision and training from licensed professional counselors to ensure you get the highest level of care. Reaching out and starting therapy is incredibly brave. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing and growth.
