Hello! I am a trauma therapist based in Louisville, KY specializing in trauma therapy for adults. I’ve been in the mental health field since 2018, with experience in psychiatric inpatient care, and have since settled into private practice as of early 2025.
Trauma can show up in many ways, often feeling heavy, overwhelming, and isolating. It may look like feeling on edge, disconnected from yourself or others, struggling to feel safe, or carrying a constant sense of shame or self-doubt. Think of me as someone who helps you make sense of your patterns so you can move through life with more clarity and choice!
I specialize in trauma therapy for adults and am trained in EMDR to help process and heal from difficult experiences. I work with concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, low self-esteem, and the lasting effects of trauma. I also integrate CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-focused approaches to support safe, individualized healing.
