Welcome to my page. First, recognize that you're here and working on finding someone to assist in your journey. That's a huge first step! I work with both substance use and mental health symptoms, as I am dually licensed. In regard to substance use, I work with those experiencing use themselves. Additionally, I work with family members, significant others, peers, or children of those who are using. I also provide support for those who are experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, and the overall challenges of life.
I provide an integrative approach. I find the most success when we can pull from different types of therapeutic modalities. I am a genuine, understanding provider who recognizes the challenges of being a human. Together, I hope that we can create a space where it feels safe to be ourselves and find the beauty of life through self-discovery and connection.
The topics of substance use and mental health are silenced in everyday life. Living life with these experiences can be very lonely. Every human being deserves a space to vent, be heard, laugh, cry, and explore their life without consequences. You deserve a space for just you, and I hope to create that together.
