I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate (LCMHC-A) specializing in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, attachment issues, stress, major life transitions, and depression. I am passionate about working with teens and adults of all genders to help clients discover their identities and build their full, authentic selves. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs.
Having lived in many different states from a young age, moving every few years to pursue my education, I gained ample experience with different socioeconomic levels, cultural barriers, life transitions, stress, and anxiety. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, all through a trauma-informed (TIF) lens.
