I offer modern relationship counseling with a prevention-first approach — helping couples and individuals build emotionally secure, resilient relationships designed to last. I am a Double Board-Certified therapist with 10+ years of experience, holding two Master’s in psychology.

My approach blends individual counseling, systemic counseling, and trauma-informed, attachment-based methods — integrating a wide toolkit of evidence-based interventions, creative exercises, and embodied practices. In addition to clinical work, I serve as a Board Director at the Denver Family Institute and a Mentor at CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
