My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable to be your authentic self and express your feelings. I am experienced in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT (for multiple disorders) and DBT in both outpatient and inpatient settings focusing on life transitions, mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, emotion dysregulation, and severe mental illness such as psychosis. Together we work on treating the distress, recognizing the effects it has on your life, and working toward a more effective and skillful experience.
My first priority is establishing a meaningful and collaborative relationship with my clients in order to foster your innate strengths and identify areas for growth. I balance change and acceptance strategies in order for you to build a life worth living. Together, we enhance the quality of your life through evidenced based treatments.
I know reaching out is the hardest step and I invite you to reach out to me for a free 15-minute phone consultation. The consultation will allow you to decide if we’re a good fit to work together and start this journey to build the life that you want
