Mild TBI/Post-Concussive Education/Support Group (free). Any person with a history of mild TBI/concussion may attend this group. This support group will take place on the first Monday of each month from 6PM-7:30PM. Attendees may attend virtually or in person. Link will be posted closer to the date of the first group. The first group will meet on February 6, 2023. The topics of each group will be posted the week before. Topics will include Headaches, Sleep, Mood Changes (Depression/Anxiety), Social Communication, Cognitive Strategies, Community Resources/Referrals. Contact Dr. Green at cgreen@empowerneurorehab.com.
