I am a white, bisexual, non-binary, non-monogamous, and neuroqueer therapist working at the intersections of oppression, grief, trauma, liberation, and pleasure. I am trained in the field of somatics. My focus is Somatic Internal Family Systems and Hakomi, though I also draw from other practices from somatic psychology, dance/movement therapy, neuroscience, and their lineages that have grown out of mind-body traditions from around the world.
M.A. in Somatic Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies, B.A. in Contemplative Psychology; Somatics focus from Naropa University. Additional training: Hakomi Mindfulness Somatic Psychotherapy Module 1, Re-Creation of the Self, Integrative Somatic Parts Work levels 1 and 2, and Socially Conscious Body Practitioner Certification.
