My goal is to create an environment where you feel accepted, supported, and safe to be yourself. I want you to open the door and feel greeted with compassion/ validation for all that you’re going through and where you feel your emotional needs are met. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, a teen, or a loved one, I am here to hear you.
I’m hopeful with my unique approach to therapy & prior years of experience that I can help be a source of support during a time when you want someone to, not only listen, but to hear you. Graduate of NYU, I have worked both in NJ & NY, working in out-of-home residential programs, schools, hospitals & outpatient. I specialize in teens, adoption and LGBTQIA+.
At the end of the day I am just an ordinary person who wants nothing more than to help you through your past and current struggles in the most non-judgmental ways one can. I love animals.
