I specialize in relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, chronic stress, codependency, and women’s wellness. I have my masters in Somatic/Body-Based Psychotherapy, and my work draws from trainings in PACT, EMDR, Nervous System Regulation, Parts Work, and Attachment-Based approaches to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to yourself and others.

My style is warm, straightforward, and deeply attuned. I’ll help you get out of your head and into your body so you can access your innate wisdom and resilience. Together we’ll address the root causes—not just symptoms—so you can experience meaningful, lasting transformation. I also work with Vienna Pharron, my work is inspired by her Family Of Origin lens.
