Please note that my practice is for adults in New York or Florida only. I typically see people who are 25 years-old or older. I'm a Japanese-born Jungian Analyst. While I mainly do Jungian analysis through dream interpretation and active imagination, I also use other modalities such as spirituality-based therapy, and art therapy. My focus is not so much on diagnosis per se, but more on the in-depth meanings and symbols that your psyche is trying to convey through your dreams and expressive art/images. I also have limited availability for in-person sessions.
My approach can best be described as holistic as I focus on personal growth and whole, balanced self-development rather than on a particular problem. 私のセラピーは主に夢判断に基づくユング派の心理療法ですが、他の療法も取り入れています。私は日本で生まれた日本人です。日本語をご希望の方は日本語でどうぞ。 My view is that various life challenges or sufferings often appear as stepping stones for further spiritual or inner development.
