Having worked for many years in community mental health, I appreciate a diversity of client needs and backgrounds. In particular, I specialize in challenges related to the immigrant and Asian American experience, as well as parent/adult child conflict, family and attachment trauma, perfectionism/imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety, and burnout.
