I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and have a particular passion for supporting children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I also welcome those who may not yet have the words for what they’re feeling — because sometimes, therapy is the place where we find them.​​ ​ I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” people. I believe it’s about helping you reconnect with your own resilience, clarity, and inner strength. You are the expert on your life — I’m here to support your process, not direct it.
My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based practices, but more than anything, I tailor therapy to each individual. I use methods that support emotional insight, behavior change, and a deeper connection to self — always grounded in compassion and respect. My goal is to be a steady, compassionate presence for others.
I create a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or be anyone other than who you are. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in empathy.
