I have been working in the mental health field for 20 years and I love what I do. With all of the stress and trauma we all have been experiencing, my goal is to assist all of my clients with being emotionally and mentally stable. I work with children/adults on becoming emotionally stronger and confident to improve relationships, school and work performance.
I started my career in care management and I continue to use early foundational skill set of the strengths based wrap around model into my clinical work. I have extensive experience with a variety of systemic and supportive services inclusive to the juvenile justice system, foster care, residential treatment, group homes, and those who live in their homes.
I has provide supportive services to children/adolescents/adults with identified trauma, anxiety and other mental health challenges. I believe in using an integrated model of care supporting use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with a variety of recovery-oriented approaches to build an individualized and sustainable skill set.
