My therapeutic approach stems from a variety of modalities uniquely tailored to each client. Such as but not limited to Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, Humanistic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I am very knowledgeable, respectful diverse and sensitive to a vast spectrum of cultural differences.
