I am interested in working with individuals couples and families who are facing changes in relationships. The first signs of depression and/or anxiety may be the need to work through unresolved issues. I have a special interest in the process of working through our personal "meaning in life" and how we recreate and grow with conflict and the resolution of conflict.

I have worked in the helping profession for fourteen years, and have helped hundreds of people make changes they didn't even know were possible.
