I am a therapist who is best suited in working with individuals couples and families who are experiencing life/parenting and or grief and loss issues. I also work well with the child/adolescent/teen population of today's generation. One of my specialties includes domestic violence issues. Other specialties include women's issues as well as couples transitioning into retirement stages in life. I do enjoy running self-esteem groups as well as children's art therapy groups

We have been one of the leading groups of mental health professionals in Southwest Riverside since 1990. We have become a valuable resource to the community through our many outpatient services, outreach and educational programs. The focus of our practice is on individual, couples and family therapy. However, other expertise and services include play therapy, attachment therapy, group therapy, and co-parenting. From our Support Staff, to our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, we have continued to create a safe and secure office environment where our clients feel comfortable, supported and engaged.

I am an owner and also the clinical director of Aurora Family Counseling. With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I am a strong therapist but do not dictate your goals. You will be offered insights and support to facilitate your growth and to help relieve emotional distress. I work best with anyone who is struggling to understand what the world is all about, why are we(me as a human/person) here on the earth, what is our/my purpose, how can I be happy and fulfilled, what are people all about, etc. The most difficult thing we will all be faced with is how do we deal/cope with people!
