I have worked with a wide range of individuals during my 44 years as a clinical psychologist and have been in full-time private practice for 36 years. I integrate the most effective Western psychotherapeutic (primarily acceptance and commitment therapy) and Eastern spiritual practices to help you live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy--specializing in helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or addiction.
