We offer IOP services! EMDR Trained. Are you dealing with depression, suicidal, anxiety (stress), divorce/blended family issues, unhealthy relationships, low self esteem, adhd, difficulty in making decisions, or need help coping? Individual, couple, and family counseling are provided to assist you. Group counseling is also available for anger management, stress, parenting and teacher support group at the Arlington location. We are available mornings and evenings, Mon-Thur and specialize with kids, adolescents, adults, family and couples.

I have several years of experience working in an inpatient psychiatric facility where I had the opportunity to become familiar working with patients with serious cases of Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse Disorders as well as Psychotic disorders.

I've worked with adolescence and families for around 25 years in a variety of settings. These settings include being a youth / children's pastor prior to starting my counseling journey. Much of my experience involves working with those that struggle with abuse, depression, relationship conflict, self harming behaviors, legal issues, and behavior problems. I offer ABA Therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and their families to develop new skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors to achieve greater independence and uncover all their potential. When I offer the service in home setting, our therapy focuses on play as a fundamental activity of this stage of development. I also offer Parent Training through Telehealth, to families who cannot access direct service, providing training in ABA techniques to caregivers willing to develop skills in their little ones (potty training, social skills, etc.), as well as techniques for managing maladaptive behaviors

I am a therapist, life coach and self-published author that is passionate about mental health awareness, especially within the African-American community! I am a fully Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) for the state of Texas and a Board Certified Professional Chrisitan Counselor (BCPCC) through the International Board of Christian Care.
