I work with individuals ages 13 and up and couples. I assist people in coping with life transitions, anxiety issues, depression, mood swings, communication issues and a number of multiple other concerns. I utilize a number of different modalities to assist each individual, and couple, in obtaining their goals for increased life satisfaction and contentment.

Melissa received her Master’s Degree in Infant Mental Health Counseling from Chatham University. She is a licensed professional counselor. She primarily works with children and adolescents. Melissa uses child-led therapy practices to build rapport and trust in sessions. Melissa has experience with engaging clients in play therapy and attachment based therapy. She has worked with children experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, and other behavioral/emotions concerns. She enjoys working with children and families to improve the overall wellbeing of the child.

Maria has been practicing therapy for 8 years, specializing in family therapy, trauma, and attachment. She has experience in a variety of settings and uses techniques including but not limited to, EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. She also has extensive training on adoption/trauma issues, and how developmental trauma plays a role in maladaptive behaviors.

Deborah (Deb) obtained a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Carlow University and is working towards full licensure as a psychologist. She is a licensed Professional Counselor, a nationally certified counselor, and a certified trauma therapist. In therapy, Deb strives to create an environment of compassion, acceptance, and empowerment for individuals to explore areas of concern. This client-centered approach enables clients to find their inner strengths and access the agency to facilitate their desired changes.
