I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 7 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I work with clients who are seeking emotional resilience, balance, and greater self-awareness. I earned my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Lamar University.
