They struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, or disconnection rooted in intergenerational and systemic trauma. They crave emotional safety, authenticity, and belonging. Their goal is to heal old patterns, reclaim joy, and live in alignment with their truth. They want liberation, not perfection—peace, not performance—and to feel whole, grounded, and free within their mind, body, and spirit.
I help clients heal from trauma, burnout, and disconnection through culturally grounded, liberation-focused therapy. Blending narrative, somatic, and mindfulness practices, I create space for clients to rewrite their stories, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with joy, authenticity, and ancestral wisdom.
